Welcome to Stannington Village

Stannington Village is situated on a hillside in Sheffield, England. At the 2001 census the population was listed as 16,600. If you came here expecting Stannington, Northumberland, you'll be disappointed!

On these page you can find a little about the history and traditions of the village, along with some photos of various views in the area.

This is my own personal site connected with Stannington. I was born into the village and lived here for over 30 years. It's a place I still regard as my home town. More about this in My Stannington.
